The European Commission has published the Harvesting report on the future of Interreg beyond 2027, gathering contributions from over 10,000 citizens and stakeholders across Europe.
The report highlights:

The benefits of living in cross-border regions (cultural exchange, economic opportunities)

The challenges to be addressed (physical and social barriers)

Interreg’s key role in knowledge exchange, resilience, and addressing complex challenges
Around 100 young Europeans also took part in the Declaration on the Future of Territorial Cooperation.
