As part of the i-waveNET, project, funded under the Notice 2/2019 of the Programme, the wave buoy of Mazzara del Vallo has been lauched to monitor the state of the sea.
The main objective of the project is the development of a system action aimed at mitigating the effects of climate change floofing from storm surges, coastal erosion) in the marine-coastal areas between Sicily and Malta.
