The Manual on expenditure reporting procedures and management verifications for the Interreg VI-A Italy-Malta Programme has been published. It forms an integral part of the Management and Control System (SIGECO).
The document, together with its annexes, aims to:

provide a detailed operational framework on the rules and procedures for the eligibility and reporting of expenditures incurred by programme beneficiaries, in order to ensure the proper execution of reporting activities, including obligations related to information and communication;

define the procedures and methodology for carrying out management verifications (so-called first-level controls) performed by the designated controller.
