The launch events of Call 2/2025 of the Interreg VI-A Italy–Malta Programme were held on 11 November in Palermo and on 13 November in Catania. Overall, they registered a very high level of participation, with strong interest from public bodies, universities, local organisations and potential beneficiaries.
On both days, the plenary session provided a detailed overview of the contents of the Call, the eligibility conditions, the application procedures and the main new features of the upcoming call. To ensure the widest dissemination of information, the slides presented during the plenary are now available for download.
The thematic tables were also highly appreciated, as they facilitated an operational and direct discussion on the feasibility/readiness of project proposals and on possible collaborations among partners. They helped create a constructive dialogue aimed at developing solid project ideas consistent with the Programme’s objectives.
The meetings in Palermo and Catania confirm the strong dynamism of the territory and the high level of interest in the opportunities offered by Call 2/2025, strengthening the path towards the creation of effective partnerships and high-quality project proposals.
