Webinar 5 – the latest in a series of webinars for this summer.
The BYTHOS project proposes the reuse of waste from the fishing sector to create products of interest to various industrial sectors, including the innovative feed sector for aquaculture.
Aquaculture companies – potential end user of the feed – and feed producers participate in the webinar with the aim of creating a hub or collaboration between producers of waste, feed and aquaculture companies to complete the supply chain in Sicily.
There will be speakers from the University of Palermo, experts in innovative feeds for aquaculture and business, and companies producing tools for the extraction of fish oil and fish meal for feed from the waste from the Sicilian fish sector.
