The webinar of the BYTHOS project, “The opportunities offered by fishing residues in Sicily” will be held today.
The webinar, the first of a series, aims to disseminate the results of the project and is directedd to the fish processing industry.
It is aimed at entrepreneurs, managers, managers of waste departments and operators in the fishing and fish processing sector and to all those who need to eliminate fish waste.
