New MMM opportunities presented to the beneficiaries of the Interreg Italy-Slovenia Programme

Following the official presentation of the Coordinated Call and the Mediterranean Peer Learning Visits (MPLVs), promoted within the framework of the Mediterranean Multi-Programme Mechanism (MMM), beneficiaries of the Interreg Italy–Slovenia Programme also had the opportunity to learn more about these new initiatives.
On the morning of 22 June 2026, a dedicated online meeting was held for all Programme beneficiaries. During the webinar, the participation procedures, eligibility requirements and main benefits that these initiatives can offer funded projects were presented.
During the meeting, Ivan Delamare Sancho from the Interreg NEXT MED Programme presented the main features of the Mediterranean Peer Learning Visits. This was followed by a detailed presentation by Francesca Sibilla, a member of the staff of the Managing Authority of the Interreg Italy–Slovenia Programme, on the content of and participation procedures for the Coordinated Call on Sustainable Tourism for Interreg Italy–Slovenia Programme beneficiaries.
Laura Comelli, Managing Authority of the Interreg Italy–Slovenia Programme, also welcomed the participants and emphasised that these opportunities represent a valuable tool for strengthening the impact and effectiveness of project activities.
