The MOVE ON 2027 project aims to strengthen professional skills and human capital mobility in the Italy-Malta cross-border territories through an integrated system of training, skills certification, and cross-border exchange. The initiative targets youth, workers, and professionals in employment and training services, promoting qualification recognition, smart specialisation, and transition towards emerging sectors. Planned actions include innovative training paths, use of digital tools for guidance and job matching, and professional internships and exchanges between the partner countries.

• 3 joint training modules on key skills for cross-border sectors
• 1 digital platform for guidance and job matching
• 2 cooperation protocols between training and employment entities in Italy and Malta
• 1 toolkit for skills recognition and certification
• Mobility pathways (internships and exchanges) for at least 40 participants

• Greater employability of youth and workers in the cross-border area
• Strengthened vocational training systems and employment services
• Increased mutual recognition of qualifications between Italy and Malta
• Long-term cooperation among human capital operators from both countries
