The objective is to foster cooperation among universities, businesses, research centres and institutions in order to develop innovative solutions in strategic sectors such as the green and blue economy, health, advanced technologies and creative industries.
OS RSO 1.4 – Skills, entrepreneurship and smart specialization
Because without adequate skills, there is no development. Strengthening human capital helps combat unemployment and talent drain.
Training institutions, universities, public bodies, chambers of commerce, business support organizations, and other stakeholders involved in skills development are eligible to participate.
Joint training projects, exchanges of best practices, entrepreneurship programs, and initiatives to develop innovative and digital skills.
