Because investing in research and innovation means creating new skilled job opportunities, making regions more competitive, and helping businesses grow without losing their connection to the local area.
Universities, research centers, public bodies, public law organizations, businesses, and other entities active in innovation, organized in cross-border partnerships between Sicily and Malta, are generally eligible to participate.
Applied research projects, testing of new technologies, technology transfer, and innovative solutions for strategic sectors such as the environment, the blue and green economy, health, and quality of life.
