Updated Annex 3 to the Management and Control System (MCS) Approved – Expenditure Reporting and Control Manual of the INTERREG VI-A Italia–Malta Programme

By DDG No. 467 of 9 July 2025, the update of Annex 3 to the document “Description of Functions and Procedures in Place for the Managing Authority (MCS)” was approved. Annex 3 consists of the “Expenditure Reporting and Control Manual of the INTERREG VI-A Italia–Malta Programme”.

The update concerns the July 2025 version of the Manual, including Annex_1_b “Timesheet for Internal Staff (Real Costs)”, with the aim of improving the understanding of how activities performed should be recorded and ensuring the correct reporting of expenditure by Programme beneficiaries.
