Avviso Pubblico 2/2025 del Programma INTERREG VI-A Italia–Malta – Approvato con DDG n. 838/2025. L’estratto sarà pubblicato sulla prossima GURS

Con DDG n. 838 del 17 novembre 2025, il Dipartimento Regionale della Programmazione, Autorità di Gestione del Programma INTERREG VI-A Italia–Malta, ha approvato l’Avviso Pubblico 2/2025 adottato dal Comitato di Sorveglianza il 10 novembre 2025.

Un estratto dell’Avviso sarà pubblicato sulla prossima Gazzetta Ufficiale della Regione Siciliana.

L’Avviso è volto a selezionare proposte progettuali puntuali e cantierabili sui seguenti Obiettivi Specifici del Programma:

Priorità 1 – Un’area di cooperazione più intelligente
• OS 1.1 – Ricerca, innovazione e tecnologie avanzate
• OS 1.2 – Competenze per specializzazione intelligente e imprenditorialità

Priorità 2 – Un’area di cooperazione resiliente
• OS 2.1 – Adattamento ai cambiamenti climatici e prevenzione dei rischi
• OS 2.2 – Economia circolare

Priorità 3 – Cultura e turismo sostenibile
• OS 3.1 – Rafforzamento del ruolo della cultura e del turismo sostenibile

Priorità 4 – Governance
• OS 4.1 – Migliore efficienza della cooperazione transfrontaliera

Dotazione finanziaria
L’Avviso dispone di una dotazione complessiva pari a 24.000.000,00 euro (FESR), ripartiti tra gli Obiettivi Specifici secondo quanto previsto dall’Art. 8 dell’Avviso Pubblico.

With DDG No. 838 of 17 November 2025, the Regional Department for Programming, Managing Authority of the INTERREG VI-A Italia–Malta Programme, approved Public Notice 2/2025 adopted by the Monitoring Committee on 10 November 2025.

An extract of the Notice will be published in the next issue of the Official Gazette of the Sicilian Region (GURS).

The Notice aims to select targeted and ready-to-implement project proposals under the following Specific Objectives of the Programme:

Priority 1 – A smarter cooperation area
• SO 1.1 – Research, innovation and advanced technologies
• SO 1.2 – Skills for smart specialisation and entrepreneurship

Priority 2 – A resilient cooperation area
• SO 2.1 – Climate change adaptation and risk prevention
• SO 2.2 – Circular economy

Priority 3 – Culture and sustainable tourism
• SO 3.1 – Strengthening the role of culture and sustainable tourism

Priority 4 – Governance
• SO 4.1 – Improved efficiency of cross-border cooperation

Financial Allocation

The Notice provides for a total budget of EUR 24,000,000.00 (ERDF), allocated among the Specific Objectives as established in Article 8 of the Public Notice.

Submission of Applications

Project proposals must be submitted exclusively through the JEMS platform, available at the following link:
https://jems.italiamalta.eu

• Opening date for uploading project proposals: 01 December 2025
• Deadline for submitting project proposals: 20 January 2026, at 23:59
