OS RSO 1.4 – Skills, entrepreneurship and smart specialization
Because without adequate skills, there is no development. Strengthening human capital helps combat unemployment and talent drain.
Training institutions, universities, public bodies, chambers of commerce, business support organizations, and other stakeholders involved in skills development are eligible to participate.
Joint training projects, exchanges of best practices, entrepreneurship programs, and initiatives to develop innovative and digital skills.
